I'd have to say the Elves. Wizards are cool and all, but as proven in "The Lord of the Rings," with all that power it's easy to go astray. So, the Elves are my favorite race of all time.

While, it's true, one of the Isatari went way, way, way, way out of line ( and I'm not talking about Saruman)I'd have to say that the Isatari are my favorites. Elves and Men coming in close second.

They're okay up to book six. I'm sorry, but ( WARNING SP UP AHEAD!!) Ginny and Harry hooking up, and Dumbledore's death is to much to handle. I'm boycotting book 7 with Mae.I am a De/G shipper and a big Dumbledore fan.

De/G is the Dean/Ginny relationship. The only good thing in that entire book is that Fluer and Bill get married...oh...and that the Ron/Hermione thing is thrown smack in the open

But seriously, I was so disspointed in Rowling during book 6 . If I were writing HP I would make it as unique as possible, and NOT make it predictable. I believe that is one thing that makes a good story, don't you? Suspense is beautiful. And giving into popular demands and crazed fangirls( not like us crazed fangirls, obviously.) is being kinda weak.
